We’re locally-owned and operated and dedicated to creating special memories. We established TIQA out of our love for our Mediterranean heritage. Sharing the region’s special flavors with guests is a dream come true. There is something for everyone on our menu and all are welcome— there is no dress code at the restaurant.
In keeping with the warmth and welcoming culture of the Mediterranean region, we’re committed to working closely with the community and sharing with you a unique and exceptional dining experience.
We also believe in a creative and ever evolving beverage program. The carefully crafted beer, wine and spirits program is a blend of New and Old World styles with a flavor profile that will pair well with any of our dishes.
We hope to see you at TIQA very soon.
The Stadium, which had also opened back in 2004. It began as a conversation between a few friends about the need for a real sports bar in Maine. Not some little tiny thing with a few TVs tacked to the wall, but a legitimate mega-sports bar that you find in cities like Boston and New York. People said that Portland was too small, that there weren’t enough true sports fans here to make it happen. The naysayers were wrong. The Stadium bet on the Portland sports fans, and those fans have been coming to the Stadium by the thousands ever since.
