Why Group Sales?

Cross Insurance Arena family shows, sporting events, and concerts are always more enjoyable with friends! The Group Sales Department has coordinated many outings with Churches, Sports Teams, Corporate Companies, Schools, Recreation Centers, and local families. A group can truly be made up of anyone. In most cases, it only takes 10 people to receive great discounts! Not only will you receive a discount per ticket, you will also avoid the service fees attributed online. The Group Sales Department is happy to organize seats in the same section so everyone has an enjoyable experience together.

How do I pay for my group order?

Once you have gathered the number of people in your group, call the Group Sales Department. They can accept one credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) right over the phone. Addionally, payment may be made by one check (payable to "Cross Insurance Arena"). There will be a small $5.00 handling fee applied once to the order.

How do I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be mailed to you shortly after payment is received. If you would like to pay and pick up your tickets at our office, please call to make arrangements in advance. Once tickets are paid, there are no refunds or exchanges. 

Can you accomodate accessible seating requests?

The Group Sales Department can accomodate all members of your group! If you have a group member who will need accessible/wheelchair seating, please inform the representative with as much advance notice as possible.

Do you have a discount program in place to offer my staff/employees?

The no-cost Corporate Employee Benefit Program is available to companies interested in providing employees with discounts to upcoming events. To do so, the Group Sales Department will activate an exlusive promotional code that can be used by your employees online (ticketmaster.com), over the phone (207-775-3458), or in person at the Trusted Choice Box Office. The Group Sales Department will create a PDF flyer to make it easy to share with your employees. This will show the promotional code, intructions on how to use it, and other event information. Communicate this with your employees for the upcoming events and they can purchase when it is convenient for them. No group organization required. It's as simple as that!

Do you have a fundraising program?

Yes! Fundraising with Cross Insurance Arena events offers the opportunity for friends and families to create memorable experiences all while benefiting your organization. Sports Teams, School PTOs, and local organizations have all seen success when fundraising with these events. It is simple:

  1. You'll receive the tickets at a special discounted price
  2. Sell them up to face value to the group, family, friends, and community
  3. Collect the orders, and submit only the amount for the tickets sold to the Group Sales Department
  4. Keep the difference for your program!
Discounted Food & Beverage Options

Groups are eligible to receive discounts on food & beverage by pre-purchasing vouchers (in any quantity) through the Group Sales Department.

Options Include:

$7 - Small Popcorn & Small Soda ($7.50 value)

Vouchers are only redeemable at Cross Insurance Arena operated concession stands. Only valid for the event date/time corresponding with the event tickets purchased. No cash value. Vouchers are not available during the week of the event.
