Cross Insurance Arena family shows, sporting events, and concerts are always more enjoyable with friends! The Group Sales Department has coordinated many outings with Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Churches, Sports Teams, Corporate Companies, Schools, Recreation Centers, and local families. A group can truly be made up of anyone. In most cases, it only takes 10 people to receive great discounts! Not only will you receive a discount per ticket, you will also avoid the service charges attributed online. The Group Sales Department is happy to connect one-on-one to reserve seats in the same section so everyone has an enjoyable experience together.
Once you have gathered the number of people in your group, call the Group Sales Department (207-791-2235). We will accept one credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) right over the phone. Additionally, payment may be made by one check (payable to "Cross Insurance Arena"). There will be a small $10.00 handling fee applied once to the order. This includes mailing the tickets directly to you!
If you group grows after you book your tickets, no worries! We are flexible and are happy to locate seats as close to the original group as possible while still offering the group discounted rate.
Tickets will be mailed to you shortly after payment is received. If you would like to pay and pick up your tickets at our office, please call 207-791-2235 to make arrangements in advance. Once tickets are paid, there are no refunds or exchanges.
The Group Sales Department can accommodate all members of your group! If you have a group member who will need accessible/wheelchair seating, please inform us with as much advance notice as possible.
The no-cost Corporate Employee Benefit Program is available to companies interested in providing employees with discounts to upcoming events. To do so, the Group Sales Department will activate an exclusive promotional code that can be used by your employees online (ticketmaster.com), over the phone (207-775-3458), or in person at the Ware Butler Box Office. We will create a PDF flyer to make it easy to share with your employees. This will show the promotional code, instructions on how to use it, and other event information. Communicate this with your employees for the upcoming events and they can purchase when it is convenient for them. No group organization required. It's as simple as that!
Yes! Fundraising with Cross Insurance Arena events offers the opportunity for friends and families to create memorable experiences all while benefiting your organization. Sports Teams, School PTOs, and local organizations have all seen success when fundraising with these events. It is simple:
- Choose an event and you'll receive the tickets at the special discounted price
- Sell them up to face value to the school, family, friends, and community
- Collect the orders, and submit payment to the Group Sales Department for only the amount of tickets sold
- Keep the difference for your program and enjoy the event!
Groups are eligible to receive discounts on food & beverage by pre-purchasing vouchers (in any quantity) through the Group Sales Department:
$10 Food Voucher - Your choice of Hot Dog, Hamburger, or Chicken; with Fries and Bottled Beverage. (Vouchers are only redeemable at Cross Insurance Arena operated concession stands for the event date/time corresponding with the event tickets purchased. No cash value. Vouchers are not available during the week of the event.)
Complete your event by planning a pre-event party. The CN Brown Landing, Saco Biddeford Savings Hall Of Fame Lounge, and suites can be reserved for any type of celebration from birthday parties to elegant receptions. Contact Group Sales for more information at 207-791-2235
