Cross Insurance Arena - Point of Sale Register System

Cumberland County Government & The Cross Insurance Arena are seeking BIDS for a POS System. Complete written bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked POS System Bid to Cross Insurance Arena,1 Civic Center Square, Portland ME 04101 no later than 2:00PM, December 30th, 2022 or electronically to both emails below.

Bids received after that time and date shall not be accepted.

BID documents are available at Cross Insurance Arena’s administrative office located at 1 Civic Center Square Portland, ME 04101 between the hours of 10am-2pm, Monday –Friday or can be obtain electronically by sending a request to both Michael LoConte, General Manager at the Cross Insurance Arena – Michael.LoConte@oakviewgroup.com and Andrew Heywood, Director of Food & Beverage – Andrew.Heywood@oakviewgroup.com

Cumberland County & Cross Insurance Arena reserves the right to waive all informalities in BID, to accept any BID or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the award of this bid shall be governed by the County's purchasing ordinance.
