Location
The Hammond Lumber Company Box Office is located at 1 Civic Center Square, Portland, ME 04101. You can access the Hammond Lumber Company Box Office off of Free Street or Spring Street. There is street parking on either street or there is parking in the Spring Street Parking Garage, adjacent to the building. The fee for the Spring Street Parking Garage is $3/hr. Accessible Seating
Guests of the Cross Insurance Arena with accessible needs can call the Hammond Lumber Company Box Office during our operating hours. Guests may also email Kaitlyn Lynch, Box Office Manager at Kaitlyn.lynch@oakviewgroup.com or call 207-791-2233. Notice of special needs must be addressed at time of purchase so that we may best accommodate you. All accessible seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive to an event and need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Please note that all fans entering the Cross Insurance Arena, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability, are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets are subject to standard event pricing.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Events
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase within a specified timeline that will be made available as needed.
Child Ticket Policy
Guests 24 months of age and older are required to have a ticket for admission to events, unless otherwise stated in the additional ticket information section of the event page. Guests under 24 months of age may sit in a ticket holder’s lap as long as they do not obstruct the view of other guests. Fees
Tickets purchased in person at the Hammond Lumber Company Box Office are not subject to an additional Ticketmaster service charge. Tickets purchased online through Ticketmaster or over the phone are subject to additional fees.
Lost/Misplaced Tickets
Please contact the Hammond Lumber Company Box Office at 207-775-3458 if you have lost/misplaced your tickets. Please note that there is no guarantee on us being able to replace your lost/misplaced tickets.

Refunds/Exchange
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges on all tickets or special packages. Please refer to our Event Calendar for more information and updates.
Secondary Ticket Market
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing agent of the Cross Insurance Arena. The Cross Insurance Arena does not recommend purchasing tickets from the secondary market. Tickets purchased through the secondary market have the chance of being counterfeit and may not be valid for entry to the event.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the Hammond Lumber Company Box Office. Any guest picking up tickets at Will Call will be required to show a Valid ID. Tickets will not be released to any party other than the purchaser unless their name was added to the pick-up envelope.
