Spectra and the Cross Insurance Arena are happy to assist area non-profit organizations and charity events with their fundraising efforts. Due to the large number of requests the Community Relations department receives each week, we ask that organizations meet the requirements below and follow the correct procedures to maximize the support the Cross Insurance Arena can provide to our community.
- Non-profit organization that has 501(c)(3) IRS designation
- Requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event
- Assistance to market the event with provided text from the Community Relations department
Please understand, the submission of a request does not guarantee access to promotional tickets, however the Cross Insurance Arena Community Relations department will make every effort to process your request! Promotional Ticket Requests are reviewed once every two Wednesday's of the month. Click the button below to submit a request.
