Accessibility Information
The Cross Insurance Arena is committed to providing all patrons the opportunity to enjoy every event. We make it a priority to accommodate individuals with disabilities and their companions.
Accessible Seating and Ticket
Cross Insurance Arena provides ADA seating areas comprised of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating.
There are several viewing areas designed for accessible seating in Sections C, E, G, N, T, V, and X. Floor seating is subject to change depending on the seating configuration for various events. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available. In the accessible areas, there will be removable, padded folding chairs, so wherever a wheelchair or scooter is needed, the folding chair will be removed.
If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, a member of our Box Office team may be able to assist you on event day by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are issued beginning at door opening on a first-come-first-serve basis and are not guaranteed.
Patrons must have a reserved ticket designed for ADA seating areas. Please note: The number and type of accessible tickets vary by event.
Tickets for accessible seating should be purchased directly through Ticketmaster.com by selecting the accessibility tab under the "filters" option for your preferred event.
Please be advised that wheelchair and companion seating is for guests with disabilities and their companions. Cross Insurance Arena reserves the right to take appropriate action up to and including investigation, relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for accessible seating ticket fraud. Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating.
Parking
The Cross Insurance Arena does not own or operate any of the surrounding parking lots, including the Spring Street Garage. However, there is accessibile parking in the Garage. For further accessible parking questions, please visit the City of Portland's website or contact them at (207) 874-2842.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available at the box office for hearing-impaired guests at no cost.
Sign Interpreters
The Cross Insurance Arena will make available the use of sign language interpreters upon request. Because sign language interpreter requests typically require two weeks advance notice of a ticketed event for scheduling purposes, requests for an interpreter should be made as far in advance of the event as possible. To make such a request, please contact Peter Doyle by e-mail.
Elevators
There are 3 elevators located inside the Cross Insurance Arena which allow access to areas of the concourse. One elevator is located near the Unum Entrance on Free St. Another is located outside of Section K for access to the Floor and Suites. The third elevator is located at the Cross Insurance Entrance at the corner of Center St. and Spring St.
Restrooms
All restrooms located throughout the arena have accessible sinks and stalls.
Service Animals
Any guide dog or service animal that is assisting a guest is welcome at all events.
