Arena Audio System Upgrade

 

BID Opening Date Tuesday – February 6, 2024 at 10AM EST

 

Cumberland County Government and the Cross Insurance Arena are seeking BIDS for an arena audio system upgrade. Complete written physical bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ARENA AUDIO to the Cross Insurance Arena,1 Civic Center Square, Portland ME 04101 no later than FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2024 BY 12 NOON.  Bids received after that time and date shall not be accepted.

Physical BID documents are available at the Cross Insurance Arena’s administrative offices located at 1 Civic Center Square Portland, ME 04101 between the hours of 10am-2pm, Monday – Friday.  Administrative offices are located by the Free Street main ticket lobby entrance.

 

All questions regarding the BID should be directed in writing to the General Manager at the above address or via the email indicated above.

 

Cumberland County and the Cross Insurance Arena reserves the right to waive all informalities in BID, to accept any BID and/or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the award of this bid shall be governed by the Cumberland County’s purchasing ordinance.
