Request for BID

Cumberland County Government is seeking request for bids for the manufacturing and installation of an LED sign at their Cross Insurance Arena facility.  

Request for Bid documents are available electronically by contacting Mike LoConte – GM of the Cross Insurance Arena via email at Michael.LoConte@oakviewgroup.com .Hard Copies are available at the office of Compliance and Audit Manager Sandy Warren located at 142 Federal Street, Portland Maine between the hours of 8am-4pm, Monday –Friday.

Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm Friday, August 18, 2023

NOTE: American Rescue Plan is funding this project. Federal Provisions apply to the project, please take notice of these provisions attached to the RFB documents.

Cumberland County reserves the right to waive all informalities in RFP, to accept any RFP or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all RFPs, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the award of this bid shall be governed by the County's purchasing ordinance.
