BID Opening Date: Wednesday - July 2, 2025 at 10AM EST

Cumberland County Government & the Cross Insurance Arena are seeking BIDS for a shower system upgrade. Complete written physical bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked SHOWER SYSTEM to Cross Insurance Arena,1 Civic Center Square, Portland ME 04101 no later than Friday, August 8, 2025 @ 2PM. Bids received after that time and date shall not be accepted.

Physical BID documents are available at the Cross Insurance Arena’s administrative office located at 1 Civic Center Square Portland, ME 04101 between the hours of 10am-2pm, Monday through Friday.

All questions regarding the BID should be directed in writing to the General Manager at the above address or via email.

Cumberland County & the Cross Insurance Arena reserves the right to waive all informalities in BID, to accept any BID or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the award of this bid shall be governed by the County's purchasing ordinance.
