Ryan Upchurch & The Dixielanders are taking it back to the roots of rock with the announcement of The Civil Tour, a national run that will bring their raw, high-impact live show to Portland’s Cross Insurance Arena on September 11.
Fronted by Ryan Upchurch, and his band The Dixielanders - featuring drummer Molly Rose, guitarist Tyler Landess, and bassist Ethan Maltsburger - have crafted a new live set built around the darker, heavier tones of Creeker III. It’s a bold evolution of Upchurch’s genre-defying sound, fusing gritty storytelling with heavy-hitting rock and pure, unfiltered energy.
“This tour is about getting loud, getting real, and connecting with fans face-to-face,” says Upchurch. “No gimmicks. Just good songs, tight players, and a lot of noise.”
Audiences can expect a hard-hitting mix of new material and the hits that shaped the movement, all delivered with an edge only Upchurch and The Dixielanders can bring. It’s not just a show, it’s the sound of a band playing like they’ve got something to prove.
About Ryan Upchurch
Upchurch & The Dixielanders are hitting the road for The Civil Tour, bringing a raw, high-impact rock show that strips everything down to what really matters: powerful songs, tight musicianship, and a connection with the crowd that cuts through the noise. Fronted by Ryan Upchurch, known for his unapologetic voice and genre-defying style, the band is made up of drummer Molly Rose, guitarist Tyler Landess, and bassist Ethan Maltsburger—each bringing their own edge to a sound that’s loud, heavy, and built to move.
This tour marks a new chapter, with a live set built around the darker, more aggressive sound of Creeker III —a project that leans fully into rock without losing the grit and storytelling Upchurch is known for. Fans can expect a hard-hitting mix of new tracks and the hits that shaped the movement. It’s not just a show—it’s the sound of a band playing like they’ve got something to prove.
